Mr. Duct Cleaner specializes in improving indoor air quality in homes and businesses. Following the National Air Duct Cleaner Association’s (NADCA) ACR standard, we clean and sanitize all the parts of the HVAC and air duct system to remove and treat bacteria, molds, mildews, fungi and germs.

Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) refers to the air quality within and around buildings and structures, especially as it relates to the health and comfort of building occupants. Controlling common pollutants indoors can help reduce your risk of indoor health concerns.

Health effects from indoor air pollutants may be experienced soon after exposure or, possibly, years later.

NADCA recommends cleaning you air duct system every 3-5 years or if you’ve had remodel construction, water damage or mold remediation and restoration.

There are many reasons your home or business may have poor indoor air quality:

• Mold or fungi in the structure or HVAC and air duct system
• Excessive dust and debris in the HVAC and air duct system
• A recent remodel or mold remediation project
• Excessive Volatile Organic Compounds (chemicals in the structure)
