Mr. Duct Cleaner knows that women deserve year-round recognition, not just a month. Yes, it is nice to have a whole month set aside, but we do not think that is enough. Who decided one month is all we get?
Duct and HVAC system cleaning has historically been a male dominated industry, however that can no longer be said. Mr. Duct Cleaner franchises are owned and operated by women as well as men. And our crews are no longer “male only”. We have women in sales, office admin, customer development, marketing, franchisee ownership and even technicians!
These women work hard to bring our customers better indoor air quality. We celebrate all of their contributions. Day in and day out, they show up, do their jobs well and support all team members at Mr. Duct Cleaner. It does not matter if it is a residential duct and HVAC professional cleaning job or a commercial duct and HVAC professional cleaning job, from start to finish there is typically a woman involved in the process.
We all know we would not be here if it weren’t for women. That is an understatement. Mr. Duct Cleaner will celebrate Womens’ month. We also know in our hearts and minds that we should celebrate them all year long.
Thanks for all you do in our organization – Shawn, Lynne, Jada and Shiela on the admin and office side. Thanks to our alumni active female franchisees Kelly Gamble, Julie Preston, our Denver friend and the newest female owner of Dallas Proper – Alicia Ceaser!
Contact us for a free estimate (you will probably talk to a woman about it).
