What kind of equipment do we use?

We DO NOT show up with a shop vac, a hanger, and a rag.  We use specifically designed duct cleaning equipment that our technicians are trained in how to use appropriately.

Do you take care of my home?  Our technicians put on shoe covers just before entering your home.  We lay down plastic below the cleaning area to catch any of the dust and dirt that might escape our machines. All of the franchisees are required to carry business insurance.

How do I know the people entering my home are trusted?

Mr. Duct Cleaner checks every technicians background before they begin training.  Our technicians are required to wear Mr. Duct Cleaner shirts (no wife beater dirty t shirts allowed).  You will receive a text message when the crew is on their way to perform an estimate or a job that will have a picture of the lead person.  They will show up in a branded vehicle (not just a magnetic sign).

How do I know they did the job?

Each invoice will include before and after pictures of your ducts inside as well as the outer vents.  These pictures will also be on your lead’s phone.  These pictures will be specific to your property and will be reviewed with you by the Lead technician.
