It is the time of the year we gather with family and friends and give thanks. Mr. Duct Cleaner is very thankful. Our customers and referral partners continue to grow. We are thankful for their trust. We are thankful for our employees. The new ones who stay focused during training and follow our processes that result in excellent customer service. The employees who are tenured, and willingly teach the new how to do duct and HVAC system cleaning the Mr. Duct Cleaner professional way.
We are thankful for our franchisees. We continue to grow, now with 10 locations and hopefully an 11th by the end of the year. Our franchisees, with the backing of team support, have successfully completed almost 13,000 jobs.
Because work-life balance is important to us, we are taking the Thanksgiving holiday off to celebrate with our family, friends, and loved ones. Do not worry, we will be back at it on the Monday following the holiday. We hope you have a happy and safe thanksgiving. Hopefully, no one burns a turkey or has a fried disaster.
