Mom in Law was WRONG

The following Mr. Duct Cleaner story is true.  We did NOT change the names because we are proud of our franchisees! 

Nathan Wiegand, the owner of Mr. Duct Cleaner Willamette Valley, decided to clean his mother-in-law’s home for FREE.  This enabled him to simultaneously train his employees and do a good deed.

His team practiced the Mr. Duct Cleaner processes for expertly cleaning the entire HVAC system, ducts and unit.  When finished, his mother-in-law asked, “how much would this have cost if I would have been a paying customer?”.   Nathan replied, “$900”.  She frankly replied, “I would not have paid that, that is too expensive”.

The following week, Nate got a phone call from his mother-in-law and she said the one thing few men ever hear, “I was wrong”. 

“Before the HVAC and duct cleaning, every night before I went to bed, I would sit up and cough for about five minutes.  Ever since you came and cleaned, I don’t have to cough anymore!  The difference is amazing.  I would have paid you $900.  I would have paid you double that amount.”
