Meet Jennifer Hawkes

Jennifer Hawkes brings more than 35 years of professional experience to Mr. Duct Cleaner – Jordan River Basin, including approximately 20 years of experience in the construction industry.

After spending much of her career in traditional corporate environments, Jennifer began considering business ownership as an opportunity to build something based on the values she believes matter most: hard work, accountability, respect, and taking care of both customers and employees.

She approached the decision carefully. Rather than jumping into the first opportunity that came along, Jennifer spent months researching different business concepts and evaluating what would provide the right combination of opportunity, structure, support, and long-term potential.

Those conversations eventually included her son, Tanner, and together they found what they were looking for in Mr. Duct Cleaner.

Jennifer was particularly attracted to the established systems and experienced team behind Mr. Duct Cleaner. Combined with her construction background and willingness to put in the work required to build a successful local business, she saw an opportunity to create something she and Tanner could grow together.

Meet Tanner Zavala

Tanner Zavala brings a hands-on technical background, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to exceptional customer service to Mr. Duct Cleaner – Jordan River Basin.

As an experienced installer and service technician, Tanner has spent his career working directly with customers while solving complex technical and mechanical challenges in the field. His experience includes the installation and service of motorized window coverings, custom headers and valances, and sophisticated automated shading and control systems from leading manufacturers.

That background has taught Tanner that the details matter. He approaches each project with an emphasis on efficiency, clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and getting the job done correctly.

Tanner describes himself as someone who believes leadership means leading from the front. He enjoys working alongside others, tackling challenges head-on, and making sure everyone involved is working toward the same goal: delivering quality work and an outstanding customer experience.

Those values extend beyond his professional life. As a father, Tanner wants to pass along the importance of hard work, perseverance, responsibility, and following through on your commitments.

Together with his mother, Jennifer Hawkes, Tanner is bringing that same approach to Mr. Duct Cleaner – Jordan River Basin. Their goal is to build a locally owned business known not only for professional HVAC system cleaning, but also for treating customers and future employees with respect.

A Family Business Built Around Customer Service

For Jennifer and Tanner, great customer service means more than simply completing a job.

They want customers to know who they are working with, understand what is being done in their home or business, and feel confident that the work is being performed professionally.

That philosophy will also extend to the employees who join their team as the business grows. Jennifer and Tanner believe people perform their best when they are respected, appreciated, and recognized for the work they do.

It is the type of business culture they want to build from day one.

Why Choose Mr. Duct Cleaner – Jordan River Basin?
